Terms & purchase help
What you get, what it costs, and how to get help
Plain terms for using Smart Living 50+: what is free, what is paid, how a download reaches you, and what to do if something goes wrong.
What is free
Free means free: no account, no card, no trial that turns into a charge. These work exactly the same whether or not you ever buy anything.
- The price-per-unit comparison calculator.
- The bill helper: upload a bill or type the confusing part and read a plain explanation.
- Ask for Help, the question-and-answer helper.
- The family planner, including the shared calendar once you sign in.
- Every guide, the safety pages, the AI explanations and the news updates.
What costs money
Three printable planner designs are sold as digital files. Each is a single one-time payment at the price shown before you pay. There is no subscription, no account and nothing recurring. The files are yours to print for your own household, as often as you like. Please do not resell them or share the file itself.
How delivery works
Payment is taken on our payment provider’s own secure page, where you enter the card details. When the provider confirms the payment, you are returned to a page with the download button, and we email the same link to the address you paid with. The download is tied to that email address, so a forwarded link will not open for anyone else.
If a download will not open
Write to us through the contact page with the email address you paid with and roughly when you paid. We will find the purchase and send a fresh link. You do not need an account and you do not need to pay again.
Refunds
The planner is a file, delivered straight away, so a purchase cannot be “returned”. If something went wrong — you were charged twice, the file will not open, or you were sent the wrong planner — tell us and we will put it right, including a refund where that is the right outcome. If you simply changed your mind before downloading, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
Using the site
Use the guides and tools for your own everyday decisions. Do not use the site to break the law, to send spam through the contact form, or to attempt to reach other people’s information. The bill helper, the assistant and the message form have fair-use limits so one person cannot use up the service for everyone.
Not professional advice
Everything here is educational. It is not financial, legal, tax or medical advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional, your bank, or your provider’s own terms and conditions.
Changes
If these terms change, this page is updated on the same day, so it always describes what the site actually does.
